Your Role as a Housekeeper: * Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors * Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas including hallways, dining rooms, and recreational spaces * Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform carpet cleaning as needed * Clean and sanitize surfaces such as furniture, countertops, sinks, toilets, and showers * Clean walls, windows, mirrors, vents, elevators, and stairways as needed * Dispose of trash and hazardous waste in accordance with facility policies * Restock housekeeping and sanitation supplies throughout the facility * Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and clothing * Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to leadership * Support residents during mealtimes by assisting with trays and observing/reporting concerns * Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines * Maintain a calm, respectful, and caring environment for residents and team members * Participate in required trainings, in-services, and team meetings What We're Looking For: * Minimum of 10th grade education required * Must be at least 18 years of age * Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation * Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment * Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents, families, and staff * Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift (50+ lbs), and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift * Ability to read, write, and speak English Your Next Step Starts Here!
