Our client, a property management organization, is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Temporary Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Technician

Location: Manistique, MI 

Pay Range: $18.00 per Hour

Shift: 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Perform grounds work and maintain all common areas, both outside and inside as needed
• Handle snow removal and respond to after-hour emergency maintenance requests
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and flooring repair

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in maintenance or related fields preferred
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Own hand tools required
• Ability to handle physical workload and attention to detail
• Customer service attitude and ability to work independently
