Maintenance Millwright

Position Domtar, Menominee Operations is seeking two (2) talented individuals to join our team as Maintenance Millwright. One position is a day shift role, and the other is a 12‑hour rotating shift. Responsibilities Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure plant run‑ability. Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, lubrication, and time‑based tasks. Assemble and install new machinery and equipment as needed. Utilize hydraulics, pneumatics and welding skills; experience in the pulp and paper industry is a plus. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum four (4) years of related field experience, including three (3) to five (5) years in an industrial environment. Journeyman’s certification preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Self‑directed with excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to participate in off‑hours support, call‑ins, and overtime.
