Content & Social Media Specialist You write the stories that reach EV drivers in 17 European countries for Voldt, and you run the channels where those stories land. Who we are. Voldt designs and sells its own charging cables and charging accessories for electric cars. We started in 2021 as a Dutch webshop and are now active in 17 European markets, through our own webshops and marketplaces such as Amazon and Bol.com. In 2026 we won the Amazon.nl award for the fastest-growing Dutch business. We are a small, fast and dynamic team: we build our own tooling and use AI to enrich and strengthen our own knowledge, experience and expertise. We are now looking for someone to take our content and social media to the next level. What you will do You split your time roughly equally between creating content and managing social media. You work independently within a content calendar we draw up together and report monthly on what works. Content You write blogs and SEO articles about electric driving and charging for our webshops across Europe. You write and improve product content: product pages in Shopify, titles and bullet points for Amazon and other marketplaces. You write social posts and captions in Voldt's tone of voice: clear, premium, no fuss. You write in the language you are strongest in; translation into our 17 markets runs through our AI workflow in Airtable, which you feed and check. Social media You manage our channels on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube: planning, publishing and adjusting. You handle community management: you respond to comments and DMs and flag questions and complaints to the team. You coordinate visuals and video with the colleagues and tools that produce them; you own copy, timing and tone. You track reach and engagement per channel, turn that into a short monthly report and propose improvements based on it. How we work You use tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to research, write, design and create variants faster, and you safeguard quality and factual accuracy yourself. You work in Airtable (content calendar and translation workflow), Shopify (blogs and product pages) and Meta Business Suite or a comparable scheduling tool. Who we are looking for A writer with a feel for language and brand, who understands social media and already uses AI every day to deliver better work faster. What you bring 2 to 5 years of experience creating content and managing social media channels for a brand or webshop. An excellent feel for language. Which language you are strongest in matters less than writing every sentence well and hitting the right tone. Demonstrable experience with AI tools in your writing process. You know how to build a good prompt, when to trust AI and when not to, and you see AI as an accelerator, not a replacement for your own judgement. This is a hard requirement for us. Creativity and brand sense: you understand what a premium design brand does and does not say, and you hold that line across all channels. An affinity with electric driving or technology, or the curiosity to quickly get up to speed on charging power, phases and connectors. Experience with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for a brand; experience with YouTube is a plus. Basic knowledge of SEO and writing for search engines and AI search engines. You work independently and in a structured way. Working fully remote means planning your own week and communicating proactively. Nice to have Experience with Shopify, Airtable or Meta Business Suite. Experience with marketplace content (Amazon, Bol.com). You drive electric yourself, or know exactly why you do not yet.
