To enhance the admission workflow, the full-time PAS Intake Coordinator will efficiently complete the Pre-Admission Screening tool, manage data entry, and support the clinical team remotely from a U.S. time zone. Key Responsibilities Accurately input patient demographics and referral details into the PAS documentation system Prioritize incoming referrals to ensure timely document completion for the Hospital Liaison team Audit files for missing information before clinical review to maintain administrative quality control Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required Teaching Certifications are preferred due to relevant transferable skills Medical Billing or Coding certificates are a significant plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is necessary Ability to learn and navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software quickly
