Construction Estimator
Delta Workforce is hiring a Construction Estimator for a General Contractor in Roseville! Summary: Responsible for leading the estimating process for commercial construction projects by preparing accurate, competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and supporting successful project pursuits from pre-bid through award. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects. Review project plans and specifications, solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing, and develop competitive bid strategies. Coordinate with project management, leadership, and clients to clarify scope, answer bid questions, and support project pursuits. Evaluate opportunities for value engineering, maintain estimating databases, and identify qualified subcontractors and suppliers. Participate in pre-bid meetings, assist with contract negotiations and project handoff, and support business development efforts as needed.
