Job Overview Software Developer Principal – transform technology into opportunity and shape next‑generation mission‑critical government projects at GDIT. Responsibilities Research, design, develop, and test operating systems‑level software. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. Design embedded systems software as required. Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field. 5+ years of related experience. Secret Security Clearance (current or able to obtain). 8570 IAT Level II Certification. US Citizenship. Strong engineering expertise and a drive for innovation. Benefits & Compensation This position has a likely salary range of $112,840 to $138,000; final compensation will depend on experience, location, and contractual factors.
