About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of TikTok Shop Operations to spearhead the launch and management of its TikTok Shop channel. This senior leadership role is pivotal, as the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operation, including strategy, content creation, creator partnerships, fulfillment logistics, and P&L. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and scaling TikTok Shop for a real brand, demonstrating a deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including affiliate programs, LIVE selling, short-form content strategy, and Ads. Key responsibilities for the Head of TikTok Shop Operations include owning the entire operation, from inception to execution, and the ability to build and lead a team dedicated to this channel. The role demands a professional with the experience of managing six- or seven-figure monthly revenue on the platform and a strong focus on driving growth and success within the TikTok Shop environment. The candidate should be a seasoned operator with a strategic mindset, capable of leveraging the unique features of the platform to enhance the brand's presence and sales.
