This role ensures that every dining experience reflects the relaxed sophistication and coastal elegance of our property. With its modern Mediterranean-inspired menu, vibrant flavors, and oceanfront setting, Evelyn’s is a destination for both hotel guests and the local community.The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, providing hands-on leadership to the service team, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring consistent delivery of Four Seasons’ world-renowned service standards. This role requires a strong sense of hospitality, a genuine passion for food and beverage, and the ability to inspire a team in creating memorable moments.What you bring1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-profile restaurant.Strong knowledge of luxury service standards.Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to provide leadership guidance and support for a dynamic team.Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred/is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.Excellent written/verbal presentation skills. Reading, oral and written proficiency in the English language.Superior sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
