We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our extended stay hotel. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, and common areas according to hotel standards 
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room supplies and amenities 
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and remove trash from guest rooms and hallways 
• Maintain cleanliness in laundry areas, lobbies, elevators, and other public spaces 
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly 
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures 
• Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain professionalism at all times 
• Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized and stocked 
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned
