In Home Caregiver

We are looking for 1 or 2 people to work with a gentleman in Cloquet. We have about 20-30 hours a week with him we are looking to fill.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Support and participate in outings and activities
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Caregiving, residential care, healthcare, or CNA experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel as needed
• Able to pass a background check
