Quality Control Technician 

A manufacturing company in Adrian is seeking a Quality Control Technician on 1st shift. This position is responsible for inspecting materials and products, performing quality checks, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring company quality standards are met. Will also support quality documentation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Quality Control Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 03:30pm )

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished parts and materials according to specifications.
• Perform routine testing and sample inspections on materials and finished products. 
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials and products.
• Complete quality control records, inspection reports, disposition reports, and audit paperwork. 
• Enter and maintain quality data within company systems and SPC programs. 
• Assist with gauge calibration programs and quality-related studies. 
• Maintain quality files, inventory records, and inspection documentation. 
• Verify packaging specifications and functional product settings. 
• Monitor quality trends and communicate issues to management. 
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and required PPE guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Quality Control Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous quality control experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Good reading, writing, and math skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 6-10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform work in a manufacturing environment
