Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Onsite | Crownpoint, NM Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site speech therapy services within a federally supported school-based program in Crownpoint, New Mexico. This role supports a community-focused educational environment serving students with diverse needs. The position plays a key role in helping students develop communication skills essential for academic success and daily life. Position Overview Location: Crownpoint, NM (On-site) Setting: School-based (K–12) Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Contract Length: 12 months (with option to extend) Start Date: August 2026 Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech/language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings , multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program guidelines Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred in school-based or pediatric settings) Active Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong understanding of IEPs and special education services Ability to work independently in a structured environment Requirements Ability to pass a background check and security clearance Must be able to work on-site (no remote option) Current immunizations and health clearance as required Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Experience Experience working in school-based settings Experience supporting underserved or rural communities Familiarity with multidisciplinary care teams Why Join PsyPhyCare Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-centered environment Structured support and coordination from an experienced healthcare staffing team Consistent schedule with no weekend requirements Long-term contract stability with potential extension Apply Today If you are a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in students’ lives while working in a collaborative and mission-driven setting, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
