Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to customers by responding to inbound calls, inquiries, and requests Engage actively with customers to ensure understanding of issues Explain possible solutions and ensure customer support Build rapport with customers and call center team members Utilize job-specific software, databases, scripts, and tools Strive to meet call center metrics while ensuring consistent customer service Make sales recommendations to meet customer needs Participate in training and learning opportunities Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment Legally eligible to work in the US Advanced degree or relevant sales certifications preferred Prior sales experience and interest in environmental and/or sustainability field preferred Outstanding relationship management skills Excellent listening communication and problem solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing proficiency required Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic for CRM or similar software systems expected #J-18808-Ljbffr
