The prime candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is adaptable to taking on new tasks. Position Description & Responsibilities, but not limited to: Set up all new jobs in the system Collect any paperwork for the contractor, as needed Employee time entry-monitoring for accuracy and submission Handle all aspects of Billing for contracts/jobs PO entry along with PCOs Prepare and report the monthly Cost to Complete (WIP) Provide, review, and monitor project financial reports Monitor AR balances and follow up with customers on past due balances Send labor force inclusions Run reports for PM and project close-outs. Lien waivers and Certificate of Insurance requests General office administration, including acting as a point person for all administrative and office needs. Ability to complete work efficiently and multitask while prioritizing tasks Detail-oriented and organized Team player-willing to assist or help where needed with a positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
