Florida Crystals is seeking a front line supervisor for the sugar cane harvesting unit, responsible for supervising harvesting crews, coordinating the schedule, and enforcing EHS policies across Osceola Farms. The role requires coordinating with management, driving equipment, and ensuring timely transport of harvested cane to the mill.
