Dental Office | Treatment Coordination & Insurance Pay: $24–$32/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday hours vary between 6:30 AM–7:00 PM | One Friday per month, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM About the Role We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with strong treatment coordination and dental insurance experience. This is a key front-office role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, confident discussing treatment and finances, and passionate about helping patients receive the care they need. What You'll Do Present and coordinate treatment plans, fees, and payment options Follow up on unscheduled treatment and track case acceptance Verify insurance benefits and prepare treatment estimates Submit and follow up on insurance claims Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and referrals Answer phones and provide an exceptional patient experience Communicate closely with the clinical team and participate in daily huddles Maintain accurate patient records and support front-office operations What We're Looking For Dental treatment coordination experience strongly preferred Dental insurance experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Confident discussing treatment, insurance, and financial options Patient-centric with strong follow-through Positive, professional, and team-oriented Previous dental front-office experience preferred Benefits 401(k) Matching Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays Employee Perks & Discounts If you're experienced in treatment coordination and dental insurance and enjoy helping patients understand and move forward with their care, we'd love to hear from you!
