AP Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a top client. This candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, skilled at handling large volumes of transactions, and comfortable working within an ERP system. This individual will collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies and support month-end close activities. Day-to-Day: Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Assist with month-end close activities and AP reporting Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account issues We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
