We are seeking a skilled and versatile Sign Maker/Installer to join our fun, talented and fast-growing team!

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for sign fabrication.
-Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
-Ability to dig post holes and mount signs.
- Comfortable working at heights, including using ladders, scaffolding and lift equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a MUST.
- Ability to work with vinyl materials, including vinyl cutting and application techniques.
- Strong eye for detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights and in sign production.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sign making or a related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
