Job Skills / Requirements

Floor Techs / Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Floor Techs / Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Sweep and mop floors

• Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces

• Clean or shampoo carpets

• Perform light window and wall cleaning duties

• Maintain equipment and supplies

• Follow workplace safety standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical stamina

• Attention to detail

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Background check required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education : High school degree preferred, but not required.

• Experience : Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.

• Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
