Carpentry Maintenance Mechanic I Performs maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation and modification work on buildings/components, offices, corridors, etc. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of carpentry technology. Requires 5 years related work experience, including 2 years experience in metal framing, drywalls and all types of floorings and ceiling applications. The full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.
