Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros' team as an experienced CT Tech! You'll accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Texas MRT license
• Experience in ER and inpatient settings
• Experience starting IVs

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Schedule: 7 on, 7 off.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
• Call requirement: Backup call with a 30-minute response time.
• Holiday requirement: Occasional, rotating with permanent staff.
• Float requirement: First to float between campuses as needed.
• Department: Radiology (CT).
• Charting system: MEDITECH.
• Equipment: 3 GE scanners, including one 16-slice and two 64-slice.
• Studies performed: CT scans with and without contrast.
