Registered Nurse - PACU

Summary:

Location: Children's Hospital Colorado - Anschutz Medical Campus
Duration: 13 Weeks
Assignment Dates: 07/21/2026 - 10/24/2026

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Work 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, with rotating start times
Float to North Campus, South Campus, AMC Periop Admit/Discharge, and perform pre-op phone calls
Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations
Adhere to the 50-mile radius rule for floating assignments

Requirements:

BSN required
Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
Pediatric PACU experience must be clearly documented in work history
Previous travel experience required
Pediatric experience, PALS, and previous pre/post experience required

Preferred Skills:

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Benefits:
