Kindbody has raised more than $315 million in debt and equity funding from leading investors including Perceptive Advisors, JP Morgan Chase's Morgan Health, GV, RRE Ventures, Claritas Health Ventures, Rock Springs Capital, Distributed Ventures, Whatif Ventures and TQ Ventures.About the RoleAs an experienced fertility or women's health Clinical Nurse, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration at our Rogers clinics.Responsibilities:Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and proceduresOversee patients' cycling process - injection training, consent reviews, medication questions, and answer general process questions throughout the cycleCoordinates patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro Fertilization and Frozen Embryo TransfersProvides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructionsEnsure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our proceduresRoutine phlebotomy as neededAdministering injections as needed.Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesWorks independently to assure the program goals are achievedSupport and promote excellence in customer serviceProvide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in your day to dayWorks closely with Physicians and Collaborates with the Clinical team.Assisting physician with lab reviews and patient communicationsManaging patients requirements for treatment including maintaining informed consents, reviewing patient checklists, and consistent communication with patient about next stepsOther nursing duties as assigned.Who You Are1+ years experience as a nurse in a fertility practice or OB/GYNA passion for women's health, fertilityCurrent Registered Nurse license in ArkansasCurrent BLS and ACLS CertificationExperienced in EMR and G-SuiteUltrasound experience preferredStrong phlebotomy skillsStrong communication skills & a team playerWillingness to be flexible and can adapt to challenging situations.Detail orientedExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExemplifies strong customer service skills and professionalismCare CoordinationBe comfortable taking on calls when needed.Experienced working with high patient volume.
