Role Overview

Remote outside-sales position.
Requires strong existing investor relationships.
Candidate should have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain investor/business relationships.
Role could eventually evolve into an Account Executive position focused on broker relationships.
Access to a dialer system will be provided for business development.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentive compensation.
Target total compensation can go up to $250K+, depending on production and experience.

Ideal Candidate

Existing investor network.
Strong business-development skills.
Proven outside-sales performance.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship development.

Who We're Looking For

Business Purpose Lending experience is required

Strong, demonstrated DSCR lending experience

Existing book of business and established investor relationships

Proven direct-to-consumer origination experience

Demonstrated production and closing history

Deep understanding of real estate investors and investment-property financing

Fix & Flip, Bridge and Ground-Up Construction experience is highly valued

Relationship-driven professionals who know how to develop, convert and retain business.

Own and grow your book of business within the Business Purpose Lending (BPL) space

Serve as a strategic partner to real estate investors and broker partners-structuring deals and helping clients scale

Drive originations across our suite of investment-focused loan products

Leverage proprietary technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently

Partner with our elite operations team to move loans seamlessly through underwriting and closing

Capitalize on full access to company-supplied leads in addition to your own book-maximizing deal flow and earning potential

Consistently exceed production targets and play a key role in company growth

What We're Looking For

Experience: 0 to 2 years in Business Purpose Lending (BPL) or investment property lending

Proven Production: Verified, transferable book of business

Skillset: High-level sales ability, relationship management, and deal structuring expertise

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, competitive, and driven to win in a fast-paced environment
