Uses technology and best practices to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR processes.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Human Resources or another related field and four (4) years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Benefits and query and reporting, relational database systems and SQL knowledge; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.Preference will be given to those currently residing in Utah.
