We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This position involves working night shifts of 12 hours, starting at 1800. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess the health status of patients, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families, ensuring they are informed and involved in their child's care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Previous experience in a NICU setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
