Responsibilities Include Supporting monthly financial close activities and financial reporting Analyzing operating results and identifying key business trends Preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial models Developing management reports and performance dashboards Driving process improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations Supporting ERP systems and financial reporting enhancements Partnering with operations to improve profitability and performance Assisting with internal controls and GAAP compliance Performing financial analysis for strategic business initiatives Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes Qualifications We're seeking an individual who brings a strong combination of technical accounting expertise and operational finance experience. Preferred Qualifications Include Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CMA is a plus Approximately 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Public accounting or audit background strongly preferred Manufacturing finance experience Job costing or cost accounting experience Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, IFS, or JD Edwards Power BI experience is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ideal Background Senior Financial Analyst Manufacturing Financial Analyst Senior Cost Accountant Cost Accountant Assistant Controller Plant Accountant Plant Financial Analyst Manufacturing Accounting Manager Professionals with a combination of public accounting experience and manufacturing finance will be particularly attractive.
