Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm in its search for an associate.
Location: San Francisco, Silicon Valley
Practice Area: Transactional Tax
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of transactional tax experience.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.
- Admission to practice in California (or eligibility to waive in) preferred.
- Candidates should align with the firm's 2nd to 5th year associate class range.
Compensation: This position is paid according to the Cravath scale.
