To support a growing e-commerce brand management team, the full-time remote Appointment Setter will identify leads, build relationships, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team during EST working hours. Key Responsibilities Source and qualify leads based on clear selection criteria Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management Comfortable working 9 AM - 5 PM EST (remote) Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach
