What You'll Do Deliver skilled nursing care as directed by a physician in a home setting. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress, document services provided, and adapt care as needed. Educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
