About the Opportunity Westcove is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst Intern to join the team as soon as possible for a minimum 10-week internship. This is a structured, full-time, in-person role based in our Los Angeles office five days per week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles or be prepared to relocate to the Los Angeles area before the role begins and available to work in person for the full duration of the internship. This opportunity is designed for serious candidates who are actively pursuing a career in investment banking and are prepared to support the team in a capacity similar to a full-time Analyst. The internship is intended to provide both Westcove and the candidate with a meaningful opportunity to evaluate long-term fit, with the goal of offering a full-time Analyst position following successful completion of the internship. Ideal Candidate Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and serious about pursuing a full-time career in investment banking. This opportunity is best suited for candidates who are available to start immediately or on short notice, can commit to a minimum 10-week full-time internship, and are interested in earning a potential full-time Analyst offer based on performance, fit, and team needs. Key Responsibilities Conducting industry, market, and company-specific research Performing financial analysis and financial modeling Preparing transaction marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, memoranda, white papers, and management presentations Preparing preliminary valuation materials Researching prospective clients within various healthcare sub-verticals Providing administrative support to members of the Westcove team and other duties as assigned Being proactively involved in every phase of the deal process Requirements and Skills Recent graduate or current student graduating in 2026 or 2027 Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles or be prepared to relocate to the Los Angeles area before the role begins Must be available to work in person five days per week for the full internship term Must be able to commit to a minimum 10-week full-time internship beginning as soon as possible Strong interest in pursuing a full-time investment banking Analyst role Ability to read and analyze financial statements Strong financial statement modeling and valuation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maturity, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment Prior experience or internships in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or healthcare preferred Application Materials Candidates should submit a resume, unofficial transcript, and writing or work sample. #J-18808-Ljbffr Westcove Partners
