Human Resources Business Partner

Role: Business Development Manager III, responsible for expanding the healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to identify new business opportunities. Develop strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue and profitability. Engage with key decision-makers to secure new clients and partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients and commercialize opportunities. Ensure smooth transition from opportunity to active customer and foster long-term relationships. Qualifications & Skills Experience in business development, sales, or related roles within healthcare or packaging industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with decision-makers. Ability to develop strategies, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
