In this role, you'll deliver customized therapeutic massages that leave a lasting impression on our guests, helping them unwind, rejuvenate, and improve their well-being. What You'll Do:

• Deliver personalized treatments: Provide a variety of massage techniques and body treatments tailored to each client's unique needs, whether it's for relaxation, pain management, or general wellness.
• Ensure a serene environment: Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and fully prepared for every guest, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
• Build connections: Conduct initial consultations to understand each guest's needs, and educate them on the benefits of regular massage for improved health and relaxation.
• Promote spa products: Share knowledge of spa products that complement treatments and enhance at-home care.
• Stay up-to-date: Continuously pursue professional development and stay informed on the latest trends in massage therapy to provide top-notch service.

Who We're Looking For:

• Certified and experienced: Licensed in New York State with a minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Skilled in technique: Proficient in various massage modalities, with the strength and skill to apply different pressure levels for therapeutic effectiveness.
• Customer-focused: Friendly, professional, and committed to creating a memorable experience for every guest.
• Attentive and adaptable: Aware of client feedback and able to adjust treatments to maximize therapeutic benefits.
• Flexible schedule: Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate guest demand.
