Now hiring for night owls! Position: Maintenance Electronics Technician Shift: Third Shift (10:55 p.m. – 6:55 a.m.) Pay: Starting at $26.17/hour, or higher depending on experience and certifications Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 Perks: Paid training, shift premium

Key responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Spend 85% of your time working on the production floor, 15% in the shop.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to complete tasks.
• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, industrial lift trucks, and measuring tools.
• Keep accurate records and communicate maintenance activities.
• Participate in training and education to develop skills.
• Report any food safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Pass a maintenance assessment (administered by Fox Valley Technical College).
• Willing to attend advanced training on-site or off-site.
• Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and performing tasks like bending, kneeling, and working overhead.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
