At Ease Home Care is launching in Idaho and seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator. This role provides hands-on care while supporting client intake, caregiver coordination, and care quality.Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pmPay Rate: $21-23/hrResponsibilities:Provide non-medical in-home personal careSupport client intake and onboardingAssist with caregiver scheduling and coverageMentor caregivers and monitor care qualityQualifications:CNA License2+ years caregiving experienceStrong communication and organization skillsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseThe Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator supports agency operations by delivering direct care and coordinating admissions, caregiver support, and documentation.
