Full Time Licensed Therapist- (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC)

Licensed Mental Health Therapist — Full-Time Remote · Maryland License Required Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults — all online, covered by most insurance. We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and we believe the quality of care kids receive is directly tied to how well we support the people delivering it. What this role looks like You'll carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth. Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus. Strong referral flow means consistent income from the start. Day-to-day you'll: Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room What we offer

• 65/billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT (independently licensed)
• 45/billable hour — LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings)

Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C Experience with children, teens, and families Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong technological skills and learning new systems, including Zoom, GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice Who we are We've served 12,000+ kids and families since 2020. 78% of families report their child is doing better after three months.
