Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

A well-established, award-winning healthcare system in Southern California, located approximately 45 minutes east of Lancaster, CA, is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join its growing multispecialty team in a high-demand clinical setting.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care role with a 50/50 inpatient and outpatient mix
• Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Shared weekend coverage (approximately 1 2 weekends per month)
• Manage a diverse patient population with strong clinical volume in both ICU and clinic settings
• Open ICU model with 18 ICU beds
• Average daily volume: inpatient and outpatient encounters
• Opportunity to work with Internal Medicine residency program and medical students
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Access to advanced hospital services including cardiac care, emergency services, surgery, and labor & delivery
• Located within reach of larger Southern California metro areas

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting base salary of approximately $350K (negotiable)
• Productivity bonus based on collections
