What You Will Do Explore dealership operations: rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork. Build sales skills: learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes. Engage and grow: participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company‑sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
