Maintenance Technician II - Multifamily, On-Call & Training
Fairway Management
JES Holdings is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to ensure quality upkeep of our properties and timely unit turns. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs while maintaining safety and curb appeal. You will respond to work orders, be on-call after hours, and participate in HUD/LIHTC training to uphold compliance standards across sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
