We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications
• Inspect existing HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Collaborate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide timely solutions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while performing job duties
• Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed Experience:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair, air conditioning systems, and HVAC/R principles
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Mechanical knowledge of how to boil or refrigerate liquids for temperature control

 

Requirements

• Must possess a West Virginia HVAC License, Tech 2 card (covering Residential work)
• 2+ years of experience in the field is required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour . This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
