This is an opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that influence financial planning and reporting across the organization.As a Firmwide Forecast & Analysis Vice President in the Corporate Financial Analysis team, you will support the Firm's budget and forecasting platform by driving data, process, controls, and technology initiatives that enhance the end-to-end forecasting ecosystem. You will lead efforts to improve data collection, reporting, controls, and platform capabilities while supporting financial performance and projection reporting across the firm. You will partner with Finance, Planning & Analysis, Technology, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen reporting reliability.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the execution and continuous improvement of budget and forecast data collection, aggregation, enrichment, and reporting processesDrive delivery of forecasting calculations and outputs, including consolidated profit and loss, balance sheet, capital forecasts, and key business driversDesign, manage, and enhance controls surrounding data flows, model outputs, and systems used to support financial performance reporting and projectionsPartner with Technology teams to modernize forecast platform infrastructure, improve resiliency, and expand self-service capabilities for stakeholdersAnalyze current and future-state processes and application architecture to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and reduced operational riskLead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Planning & Analysis, Technology, and global stakeholders by setting priorities, managing dependencies, and driving executionSupport reporting and analytics that provide insights into firmwide financial performance and forecast resultsDrive enhancements to forecasting processes, controls, and operating models to improve efficiency and scalabilityPartner with stakeholders to ensure data quality, transparency, and consistency across forecasting and reporting processesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical discipline7 years of experience in finance, technology delivery, product ownership, or a related fieldExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering large financial data or technology programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data gathering, modeling, analysis, and presentation of resultsUnderstanding of financial concepts and calculations used in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysisStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearlyAbility to manage multiple priorities, execute under pressure, and work with limited directionAbility to partner effectively across Finance, Planning & Analysis, and Technology organizationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience with data analytics and modeling tools such as Python, SQL, or RFamiliarity with large-scale data platforms such as DatabricksExperience with forecasting, forecast aggregation methodologies, or planning platformsTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
