Step into an engaging role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist across two schools near vibrant Ocean City, Maryland! This full-time contract position runs from September through June 2027, offering the opportunity to work with K-12th grade students with varying levels of need, from mild to severe disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to ongoing evaluations, IEP meetings, and targeted assessments, with dedicated therapy spaces available and comprehensive training on the IEP system provided.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLP license required
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• CCC credential or eligibility strongly preferred
• Experience with pediatric populations in a school or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with caseload/workload service models for K-12
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students on an assigned caseload spanning two school sites
• Perform evaluations and assessments in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to program planning and documentation
• Support student progress tracking and maintain timely, accurate records
• Engage in team meetings and indirect service time (admin hours provided)
• Provide itinerant support, with paid travel between assigned schools
