Job Title: Night Auditor Company: HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Job Summary: As a Night Auditor at HomeTowne Studios, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and financial integrity of our hotel properties during the night shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the nightly audit process, providing exceptional guest services, and upholding the high standards of our hotel management practices. Responsibilities: Conduct night audit procedures to verify the accuracy of financial transactions Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Maintain a secure environment by following hotel safety protocols Assist with front desk duties including answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about hotel services Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience Uphold multilingual capabilities to assist guests from diverse backgrounds Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance guest relations Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Proficiency in hotel management software and night audit procedures (not necessary) Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services Ability to work efficiently during night shifts with minimal supervision Bilingual proficiency is preferred to cater to a diverse clientele Knowledge of phone etiquette and front desk operations is advantageous Join HomeTowne Studios' dynamic team as a Night Auditor and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
