Support managers in navigating performance concerns, organizational change, and difficult conversations. Evaluate and coordinate continuing-education and training opportunities for program employees. Organizational and financial leadership Serve as an active member of Boyer’s Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the development and implementation of organization-wide policies, programs, and strategic initiatives. Partner with the CEO and other organizational leaders to ensure programs remain aligned with community needs, evidence-based practices, and Boyer’s values. Oversee a program budget of approximately $11 million in government and insurance revenue. Serve as a liaison among program departments, administration, and accounting.
