This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values creating a clean and safe environment for others.Why Join RelaDyne?Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysStable, growing organizationSupportive team environmentWhat You'll DoClean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, classrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste appropriately.Replenish restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and cleaning products.Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and entryways.Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaners.Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damages, or repair needs to appropriate personnel.Assist with room setups, furniture movement, and special event preparations as needed.Follow all safety procedures regarding the handling, storage, and use of chemicals and cleaning supplies.Maintain inventory of custodial supplies and notify management of replenishment needs.Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety standards.Perform seasonal and deep-cleaning activities as assigned.Assist with exterior cleaning, or grounds maintenance when required.Perform other related duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.1 year of previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience required.Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good time management and organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with building occupants and visitors.Dependable attendance and reliability.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and reach frequently.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools safely.Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.Working ConditionsWork is performed in office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, manufacturing facilities, or other assigned locations.May require evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts.Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.At RelaDyne, you'll find more than just a job-you'll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
