OTR Driver Overview
- Pay that stacks up week after week. Drivers average $1,500-$2,000 per week, or up to $104,000 per year.*
- Incentives that reward performance. Earn 55CPM base pay plus up to 16CPM in performance incentives, for a potential 71CPM.*
- Consistent miles that keep you earning. Run a true OTR operation with steady freight and consistent miles that keep your paycheck moving.
- Freight that keeps you rolling. Haul steady, no-touch dry van freight so you spend less time at the dock and more time on the road.
- Extra pay when you earn it. Weekly accessorial, detention, and stop pay, plus bonus opportunities when applicable.*
