Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified Nephrology physician to become part of our esteemed faculty in Boise. This role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and engaging in simulation-based training, while having limited clinical responsibilities.
Experience a well-structured academic timetable that emphasizes:
- Lectures and small-group discussions
- High-fidelity simulation training
- Airway and procedural skills laboratories
- Education in perioperative medicine
- Student advising
All of this takes place within a state-of-the-art 94,000 sq. ft. campus featuring an advanced simulation center.
Position Highlights- 4 days dedicated to on-campus teaching, with an optional day for low-volume clinical practice
- 80% - 100% of your time focused on teaching lectures, facilitating small groups, conducting simulations, and advising students
- Access to a modern academic campus equipped with a simulation center, anatomy lab, and OMM lab
- Attractive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, along with comprehensive academic benefits
- Relocation assistance of $10,000, 240 hours of paid time off, 320 hours of flexible/sick leave, and $4,000 for continuing medical education
