As a Home Care Physical Therapist (PT), youll use advanced technology, strong clinical expertise, and compassionate care to help patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with progressive experience or a Masters degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio

• Working knowledge of home health Conditions of Participation preferred

• Home healthcare experience is a plus

• Current drivers license and reliable transportation
