Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Village Caregiving Village Caregiving is seeking a skilled, compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will provide coverage throughout Taylor County and surrounding counties , offering flexibility and meaningful, patient-centered work in a home care setting. Compensation: $60 per hour Schedule: PRN / Flexible hours Responsibilities Conduct in-person patient assessments in their homes Develop individualized care plans for caregivers to follow Maintain accurate documentation within our online charting system Communicate regularly with the Eau Claire office for updates and support Manage aspects of patient care, including case coordination Travel up to one hour to complete patient assessments Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Benefits Competitive pay at $60 per hour Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and development About Village Caregiving Village Caregiving is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
